Surf and Turf is a spacious and comfortable retreat for family and friends. The first floor greets you with a large family room open to the kitchen along with a quieter living room perfect for conversation or reading a good book. Down the hall is the main bedroom equipped with a king bed and full bath. A laundry room with half bath is also located on the first floor. The second floor includes two bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed with TV, the second having two twin beds perfect for all ages. The second floor also has a spacious full bath which includes a high shower head for anyone who is tall.
Natural light fills the whole house making it a cheerful, relaxing place to vacation.
Surf and Turf has the large paved driveway boat owners are looking for, which along with the yard provides outdoor play area. An outdoor shower, including a dressing room is also there.
