A BEAUTIFUL RETREAT OVERLOOKING THE ASSATEAGUE ISLAND LIGHTHOUSE

The 2 bedroom / 2 bath home is centrally air conditioned and heated and is fully furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and down stairs has two twins that can convert to a king. The house has a deck/balcony. The living room has a rocker/recliner chair, TV, DVD, and VCR.

Other items include a grill, dishes, tableware, pots/pans, crab steamer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, pillows, and blankets. Bring your own bedding (1 Queen and 2 Twins) and towels/wash cloths. We ask you to please leave the house in a clean, tidy condition for the next guests to arrive.

Please Note

• $200 Refundable Security Deposit Required.
• This home is a duplex, and will be the right side when facing the home.
• The MAX OCCUPANCY of four persons (1 Queen and 2 Twins) for the house must not be exceeded.
• No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach.
• 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Check-in time is after 3 p.m.
• Check-out time is 10 a.m.
