Located within just a few minutes walk to the Veteran's Memorial Park which has tennis & basketball courts, pavilion, playground, fishing dock, boat launching area, and is the perfect spot for viewing of the Pony Swim in July. Upon entering the home you will be greeted by a spacious living room, kitchen, and a sunroom in addition to the 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. The large yard offers plenty of space for outdoor play and picnics. We invite you to catch up on some much needed rest & relaxation, and to take time to breathe in the salt air breezes. This home has a NO SMOKING policy. We ask that you leave the home in a neat and tidy condition.

• Owners will be parking cars on the lot on Pony Swim Day
• Maximum Occupancy for this home is six (6) people and must not be exceeded.
• No Smoking allowed in home.
• No Pets allowed at the Wildlife Refuge.
• Limit of 2 dogs allowed with maximum weight limit of 80 pounds.
• 50% of the rental rate is required when reservation is made.
• The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Check in is 3:00 p.m.
• Check out is 10:00 a.m.
• $200.00 refundable damage deposit is required.
• $100 refundable pet damage deposit required.
• Owner's park cars in the yard for the Wednesday morning of Pony Penning.
• Please bring your own linens (1 Queen, 1 Double (hide-a-bed) 1 Twin (Rollaway), towels and washcloths.
