On the other side of the house, the large front bedroom has two new full-sized beds and a mirrored dresser and is next to a large bathroom with tub and eye-catching tile. The master bedroom has a new queen-sized bed, an antique dresser and a new TV, as well as an addition with a walk-in-closet and a large bathroom with new, tiled walk-in-shower. Central air conditioning, many windows and ceiling fans, newer stove, microwave, new toaster oven, new coffee maker, new dishes, flatware and cookware, new linens WiFi, Roku smart TV and Roku ULtra. Pation furniture, grill and new fire pit with grill. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome, up to 80 pounds each. There is a rental fee for the dogs and extra cleaning fee.

• Maximum capacity for this home is (4) people, 1 Queen bed, 2 full beds, and must not be exceded.
• No smoking allowed in the home.
• Two (2) dogs will be allowed in the home with additional rental amount of $100 per dog. There is also an additional cleaning fee of $50.00 for pet.
• Weight limit should not exceed 80 pounds per dog.
• No cats are allowed.
• Dogs are not allowed at the Wildlife Refuge.
• Dogs should be crated when not with the dogs. You must bring your own crates. This is for the safety of the pets and maintenace of the home.
• 50% of the base rental amount is required when reservation is made. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Please bring your own towels and sheets.
• Check in will be 3:00 p.m.
• Check out is 10:00 a.m.
